- •If the Company delivers the goods at the agreed location, date and time with the customer, but the customer fails to collect the goods, the Company will arrange for re-delivery and has the right to charge the customer additional delivery costs.
- •AQ delivery time is Monday to Friday. If there is a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning, the delivery service on the same day or the next day may be delayed or cancelled. The company will contact the customer for further arrangements.
