Sorry, AQ does not provide self-pickup service for the time being.
2- Can the products be sent to regions outside Hong Kong?
AQ temporarily only accepts and provides delivery services in Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands).
3- What delivery methods are available? How to calculate the shipping cost?
Customers can choose AQ delivery or SF Express service. Each order will charge customers $80 for shipping. If the discounted amount is more than $250, the shipping will be free. 4- When will my order be shipped?
Once the customer's order is confirmed, the ordered products will be shipped within 7 working days. No loan delivery service will be provided on Saturdays and public holidays.
5- Can I specify the delivery time?
Generally, after confirming that the customer’s payment is successful, AQ will arrange to ship the products as soon as possible, but the optional delivery time service is not yet available.
6- What can I do if I fail to receive the goods within the delivery time?

7- What can I do if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please immediately call (+852) 3691-9991 or WhatsApp (+852) 9745-0138 to contact AQ Customer Service Department to make arrangements. However, if the goods have been shipped, the customer should actively contact SF Express to change the address.
